Michael D. Sobkowiak
MICHAEL D. SOBKOWIAK is experienced in a broad range of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Sobkowiak has represented clients in cases involving business contracts, fraudulent transfers, bankruptcy adversary actions, and real estate disputes. Mr. Sobkowiak also has significant trial experience and has obtained verdicts on behalf of institutional investors on fraudulent transfer claims relating to corporate assets and real property.
Prior to joining Friedman Law Group, Mr. Sobkowiak was an associate attorney at a boutique civil litigation practice where he focused on commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, and advising creditors in bankruptcy matters.
